Some of the many questions spinning out of the conversation:
How foreseeable are potential side-effects?
What are some existing analogues we can look at? Cloud seeding or Starlink maybe?
If another government were proposing this experiment, would the conversation be different?
What do we owe to future generations?

To be continued: With more questions than could be worked through in a single meeting and a high level of interest, a hackathon type event could be a good way to keep the conversation going.
