Brian Mills is a Ph.D. student at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy researcher at RAND. His research interests include information operations and perception management, science and technology policy, the influence of conspiracy theory on culture and politics, international relations, AI and cybernetics, and emerging technology.
Prior to joining Pardee RAND, he taught high school physics. He has a B.S. in physics and applied and computational mathematics from Florida State University and is a student in Pardee RAND’s Technology Applications and Implications stream.
