Toxic Comments hackathon

This was the first TNL-sponsored hackathon, and used a “clean” data set from Kaggle. The actual competition on Kaggle had finished, which gave good benchmarks for the teams. Four teams composed of 3-4 students along with a RAND researcher mentor used various ML techniques to automatically categorize the data.
