Jeannette Tsuei is a Ph.D. student at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy researcher at RAND. Her research interests include health care costs and payment policy, health care technology, and the implementation of machine learning/artificial intelligence to improve public health.
Prior to joining Pardee RAND, she managed a state-federal grant program to improve healthcare data interoperability across California and conducted research on a virtual reality–based therapeutic for pain management. She has also worked in a variety of industries on branding and commercialization strategies, as well as market and design research initiatives.
